Cold Water Immersion / Ice Bath
Reset your mind and body through the power of Cold Water Immersion. Using a professional-grade, temperature-controlled ice bath, these 30-minute 1:1 sessions are fully guided with breathwork techniques to help you stay present, build resilience, and enhance recovery.
